The Snickers ad campaign is deceiving. They say that “Snickers really satisfies you”. I suppose that’s the case when you eat an entire Snickers bar. But this is not the case when you are eating the mini bite Snickers. In fact, one mini Snickers does not satisfy me in even the least definition of the word. It’s more like it sates my need for a quick bite and that’s about it. So, how can Snickers continue to use the phrase, “Snickers really satisfies you”? Maybe they need to change their tagline to
“Snickers really satisfies you, but only if you happen to eat one of the standard or king-sized candy bars. Not if you eat the mini bites.”
Doesn’t have the same ring to it, does it?
So then what should I do? I’m hungry and I want to satisfy my hunger, but I don’t have access to full size candy bars and only have a few mini bites in my drawer. Do I eat those bites and not be satisfied? Do I go wandering about looking for an actual Snickers bar in order to satisfy my hunger?
I’m not really sure, but if you can figure it out, let me know.
Until next time.

I've learned that when I eat a king sized Snickers, it does not satisfy my hunger... it' makes me vaguely nauseous...
